JB-CS equipment is a multi-stage treatment with hot water
circulating spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling and cold
water-cooling. The sterilization temperature and time can be
arbitrarily adjusted. It is suitable for the sterilization of
various kinds of cans, PET bottles, glass bottles and other
beverages.
The basic principle is: After the sealed can or bottle is conveyed
by the conveyor belt, it enters the interior of the tunnel-style
sterilizer. The temperature of the product is finely adjusted in
various temperature zones. When passing through the tunnel, the
container receives showers of different temperatures, namely, the
warm-up phase, the heating phase (sterilization phase), and the
cooling phase. The gradual heating of the front section of the
sterilizer and the gradual cooling of the rear section are very
important, which can avoid the change of taste caused by
overheating and can prevent the broken bottles resulting from the
sudden change in thermal stress of the container. In the tunnel
sterilizer, our company can generally use the spray nozzle system
(install a large spray nozzle, hot water through the shower nozzle
to the container), and finally sent to the conveyor line through
the mesh conveyor belt.
