JB-PS series sterilizer can adopt ultra-high temperature treatment
method and low temperature treatment method, so that liquid dairy
products, tea beverages, fruit juices, etc. can achieve strict
sterilization effect, and then transferred to aseptic packaging.
The sterilization temperature can be adjusted according to product
performance. The holding time can be adjusted to maintain the
original nutrition, color and flavor of beverages, dairy products
and other materials as much as possible. This series of equipment
features high heat recovery, compact structure, no closure, and
temperature control. With the function of adjustable discharge
temperature, this series of equipment can be applied to the
production line of hot filling and cold filling. Control method:
semi-automatic, fully automatic (PLC control, touch screen
display).
